Inequalities are math sentences that indicate when two expressions are not equal. We usually use inequality symbols less than (<), greater than (>), less than or equal to (<=), or greater than or equal to (>=). The symbol not equals (/=) can also be used to indicate inequality.
We can solve inequalities in a similar manner as when we solve equations.
